Cold email that keeps landing in the inbox.
Oxeyo warms up your mailboxes, tests where every email lands, and slows a mailbox down before it hurts your domain. Replies from every campaign arrive in one place, sorted by what they need.
- No credit card required
- Free for your first mailbox
Sample data
Built for the rules Gmail and Yahoo enforce on bulk senders
- SPF, DKIM and DMARC checked for every sending domain
- One-click unsubscribe in the header of every email
- Spam complaints watched against the 0.3% line
- Bounces and unsubscribes suppressed across campaigns
From first mailbox to first meeting
- 1
Connect your mailboxes
Google, Microsoft or any SMTP server. Oxeyo checks SPF, DKIM and DMARC as you go.
- 2
Warm up, then import leads
Each mailbox ramps up in the warmup pool while you load a CSV and write the sequence.
- 3
Launch and reply from Unibox
Replies from every mailbox arrive sorted. Autopilot keeps each domain healthy in the background.
Your domains look after themselves
Every mailbox warms up in a shared pool of real inboxes and is tested against seed accounts on Gmail and Microsoft. When placement drops, autopilot cuts that mailbox’s daily limit and tells you why.
- Warmup that ramps up on its own
- Placement tests across Gmail and Microsoft
- Autopilot throttles before a domain is burned
Every reply in one place, already sorted
Replies from all your mailboxes land in Unibox, sorted into Interested, Meeting booked, Out of office and the rest. A lead who replies leaves the sequence, so nobody gets a follow-up after they said yes.
- One inbox across every mailbox
- Replies sorted by what they need
- Leads leave the sequence when they reply
Everything that matters, on one calm screen
What needs you, what is working and what is sending right now, without digging through reports.

What does “placement-verified” actually mean?
Oxeyo keeps a pool of real seed mailboxes across Gmail and Microsoft. When you run a placement test, it sends one real email from your mailbox to every seed and then checks each one to see where the message ended up: primary inbox, promotions, social, spam, or nowhere at all. Your inbox rate is the share that reached the primary inbox. It is measured, not estimated from open rates, and “nowhere at all” is reported as its own outcome rather than quietly counted as delivered.
What happens when my inbox rate drops?
The mailbox’s daily sending volume is cut automatically: halved when placement falls below healthy, cut further if it keeps dropping, and stopped entirely if it gets bad enough. You get a notification saying what changed and why. The limit lifts itself once a later test measures a healthy rate again. Oxeyo waits for at least five measured deliveries before acting, so one unlucky test against a small seed pool can’t throttle you.
Do I need my own mailbox, or does Oxeyo provide one?
You connect your own mailbox: Gmail, Microsoft/Outlook, or any SMTP provider. Oxeyo doesn’t send on a shared domain, since cold outreach deliverability depends on your own mailbox and domain reputation. Gmail and Microsoft connect over OAuth and also get automatic reply detection; SMTP mailboxes send and report bounces, but replies to them aren’t read back automatically.
How long does warmup take?
By default a new mailbox in the warmup pool starts at 3 warmup emails a day and adds one a day, with real inboxes in the pool replying and rescuing messages from spam. It reaches its target of 30 a day after about four weeks, and you can start your campaigns while it ramps.
What happens if someone replies or unsubscribes?
For Gmail and Microsoft/Outlook mailboxes, replies are detected automatically, usually within a few minutes, and that lead’s sequence stops. A queued follow-up also re-checks for a reply immediately before it sends, so a reply that arrived late still can’t be followed up on. Unsubscribes and hard bounces are added to a permanent suppression list that’s checked before every future send, across every campaign.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. One mailbox, 200 emails a month and 200 AI credits to start, with no card. Upgrade when you add more mailboxes or need more volume.
Can more than one person on my team use it?
Yes. Invite teammates to your workspace with owner, admin or member roles. Each workspace’s data is isolated from every other workspace.
